Hi all,

I am trying to install oracle on Linux 6.1. I have downloaded oracle
from Oracle site. Everything goes right until i run linux.sh, the shell
script used to set the file permissions on several executable. This
shell gives me an error like this:

"$ORACLE_HOME/ lib/libobk.so: file not recognized: File truncated."

when I further investigate, I found that libobk.so is a link to
$ORACLE_HOME/lib/libdsbtsh8.so" which has not been installed properly on
my computer and is of 0 bytes. Can anyone of you send me this file so
that I can proceed.

I would really appreciate any help from all the people using Oracle 8i
on Linux in the list.

Thanks in advance.
AmiT
