Do you mean web site hosting hosting with web and database server? If so
then the best and easiest is using PostgreSQL (also MySQL is highly
preferred in the industry), PHP, and Apache. You should find all related
documentation with the packages themselves which should be on your CD.
Getting all three going together will take some work though, so be ready
for it (it's interesting and will look good on your resume).
