I too contributed to the duplicate. You see mj2 is smart enough to see
duplicate emails (it maintains a history of checksums for various posts).
It had bounced the second copy over to me for approval. I reject duplicate
emails. But in this case, I was dozing and by mistake approved instead of
rejecting the duplicate email.
