newsfetch is just like fetchmail for nntp.  

If you want a live newsfeed, you need INND set up, _AND_ a feed from some
existing news server.  Try http://www.supernews.com - they offer this.
Or you could get the feed from VSNL itself - news.vsnl.net.in can give you
a downstream feed I expect (their feed is from cable & wireless, but is a
little unreliable)
