give more info on your installation.
which graphics card are you using. how have you partitioned your hard
disk. 
Yes you can surely load windows, but then it will overwrite your lilo on
mbr. make a linux boot floppy and then load windows. else load windows and
upgrade from linux cd it will rewrite lilo and then you can dula boot
linux and windoze.
