Squid supports ftp. Nothing extra has to be done server side. Just set
the client to use squid for all protocols.

For telnet u need IP masquerading enabled on the server.

Do as suggested in /usr/doc/HOWTO/IP-Masquerading or just run 'pcqupdt'
script on the RHL 6.2 PCQ CD and set up the gateway.
