Hi,
I am using AMD K6-II, at home it's good at most things, than Celeron
which I have at work. If you want P-II performance at Celeron,price
go for AMD. But be sure to get a good mboard. I have an ASUS one,
the model .... can't recall...
Also there's a K6-II-550 && K6-III of the same speed in a comparable price
range. You have to download a patch from the AMD site
to boost the performance.
In my opinion, saving your money for a good graphics card
pays off better, in the long run.
