TYou can use cahe o not only your ISDP but other machines of your
locality.
Please see /etc/squid.conf or etc/squid/squid.conf files and configure
following directives.
cache_peer ipaddress_of _ISP parent 3128 3130
this will be the major cache last two numericals are the port numbers.
