Hello
I have recently customised my kernel and have tried to keep it as small as
possible. For this i have made almost every thing as a module (except really
important things) but i am unable to automise Advance Power Management with
Kmod.
Because i am unable to find minor/major numbers of apm.o and neither i know
wether it is a char device or block device.
When i do "insmod apm" and then "rcapmd start" everything works fine but i am
unable to include thius in /etc/modules.conf. What should i do.
Anand
My Configuration is (the system supports apm and is ATX form factor)
Processor : Intel P-III 550
RAM : 196 MB
Distribution : SuSE 6.4
