You could search the archieves of the list for this.
Keep tracking mails from Rajesh Fowkar on the list.
His footer provides a link to how he configured his card - similar
make, if not the same.
I have an even better idea. Copy Rajesh Fowkar's file
in place of your XF86Config file.
Fire up XF86Setup and use the 'existing' file for defaults.
In monitor section, specify the values manually for your monitor by
reading the monitor's manual.
Check that the mouse and keyboard section match your hardware.
Choose the modes you wish for. Try to test the mode. This is the best
anyone can tell you over email. This should work.
