check what 's your hda partn through cfdisk
mkdir /mnt/dos
mount -t vfat /dev/hda? /mnt/dos
## Note replace ? with  partn u want to mount

Please search the archives before posting. This has been given out scores of
times. Also its included in the RH 6.1 help( under  partition
topic).
