Shitaprajna,
Will a 33.6K modem give better throughput if a better quality line is used
or is it that - our Indian phone lines are good enough and so there can be
no improvement in throughput by using better lines. Other than providing
banks of 56.6 K modems for users to dial into is there any other way by
which the speeds can be improved when we surf the net?
