it's happening on my rh 6.2 box,under both kde & gnome.

this is also happening here!on kde,at least.haven't tried out in gnome or
text mode.
and this has been default behaviour on kde.i haven't tweaked anything.
in gnome,i had to change the settings to do this.
i know this won't help,but it's possible,is all i wanted to say.
