You likely have a line in your .muttrc -
set mime_fwd=yes
Change it to
set mime_fwd=ask-no
That is, it'll ask you if you want to forward MIME-encapsulated (as an
attachment). If you don't want to do it, just say N and it will forward
it inline, like you want.
