Sorry, but you cannot use a Caltiger connection under Linux.
Caltiger's policy is such that it requires an adbar to be displayed on
the screen at all times, and they have not made a version for Linux.
And they most probably won't - because with Linux they can't ensure
that it is seen at all times. (Aside - in fact, under windows, what
prevents you from starting a fullscreen DOS session and running Lynx?)

So you'll have to get a connection from another ISP.
