AFIK, a us free-ISP (dont blame me if you dont find it), is already
on the path, with works of doing it off with junkbuster for linux
to add the free isp-hookup, but it is capable of doing so with
cable modems only, so we will wait and see, or some one on the
list can help out the poor guys by building one, check out
the site for junkbuster (www.junkbuster.com) and see how it is done
