Ok, the card is detected at boot time. Good. But linux wont take cudgels to
detect both cards. You'll have to give parameters to the kernel to make it
detect both at boot time. Other option is edit lilo.conf file (read
Ethernet Howto for details).

io=0x000?? Sounds pretty strange? Are you sure? Boss, change this io base.
What is the irq and base for the other card? Is it getting detected
properly?
