You will need to install lilo on your second HDD with boot=/dev/hda(x),
change /etc/fstab entries on this HDD, Remove hda, change jumper settings
on HDD with 6.2 (on HDD just beside IDE connector) and make it hda, change
jumper settings on previous hda to make it slave, put back both HDDs,
reboot - and hope for the best. If you get a running 6.2 system which can
detect your HDD with 6.1, you can format it and load 6.2.
