Use suck for sucking news. This seems to be the best application. Use
batch mode for posting news to your news server -bp . -B might help if you
have a bad connection which goes down often. You need to setup INN to
receive news from yourself (probably newsfeeds - forgot the exact filename
and am not working on a Linux machine righ now)
