Hello Vineet,
             You setup some set of machines with a IP of 192.68.*.* with
one of those machines with dual IP with one IP as 192.68.*.* and other a
IP you were alloted and setup that machine as a gateway for this subnet of
192.168.*.* and also do setup a proxy on the same machine. The proxy setup
can be done with squid deamon with which you can setup a lot of
administrative things. And information you fine in the ADM documentation
LDP. I hope this will work out and with some efforts you will be able to
solve your problem.
