hi list,
I configured dialin features on my linux box & its
working perfectly (thanks to the script that i
downloaded from xoom.com).
but my problem is that my windows m/c's dialup adapter
doesnt specify an ip assigned to it.
i get the $ prompt at the post dial terminal screen.
if i say continue it gives the message verifying
u/name & passwd. & disconnects after few seconds.
what i intend to do is to use samba thru dialup i.e.
windows style networking with which it can show my
linux box on the network neighbourhood window.
can somebody help.
