Hi Nikhil,
What I have got are 2 Hard Disks of 9GB each and I want to mirror the contents of
first HDD
on to the second one. I have got 6 partitions on my first HDD and I have created 6
partitions of
similar size on my second HDD.
This stuff is not yet clear to me. Can you point out me to any link on info on
configuring raid.
I have already gone through HOWTO and documentation of raidtools but that has
increased my confusion further.
The main thing is to check whether raid is working say by creating a file on 1st HDD
and mounting the raid partition and checking whether the same file exists on it. Than
only I can be sure that
raid is working fine. Isn't it ?
Thanks
Regards
Rajesh
