Most of the better X-Servers for Windows are commercial. You could try
eXceed, XWinPro or some others. One of the few free versions is MiX
which in my experience is pretty pathetic.
I would suggest VNC which is not actually an X Server for Win32.
Unfortunately, I dont think it runs on NT/2000.
