move your cursor to the left edge of the screen
take a deep breath
on close observation, thou shall find that you can enable a pane separation,
so that you get the disk directory stucture on the left pane
take a deep breath
right click on the URL hyperlink that you want to save
drag and drop and decide
take a deep breath
