Simple answer: All!
Theres no predefined set of services and applications, which can be made
use of to exploit. You just can not simply stop anyone from finding new
holes. One thing you can do, and that is to subscribe to bugtrack, find
all vulnerabilities in your distro and apply proper patches. This will at
least ensure protection from latest reported hacks.
