!HELP!
I just downloaded the XF86 release 4 and ran Xinstall on my SuSE-6.4
distro. Xinstall did tell me to backup my configs but I turned a deaf ear
and continued. X is running well (and real fast with all the graphics) but
only kde is working, all the other windowmanagers have stopped. I
reinstalled xf86 3.3.6 from the SuSE pak and the windowmanagers returned
only to give me broken locales etc and netscape stopped working. Does some
one have a copy of the XF86 4.0 installation log (or knows where it is
kept)?
have already digested my nails over this (since this is not my machine)
