There is a Tex Users' Group somewhere (in India, that is). U'r query is
more suited to that b'cos TeX is a huge piece of s/w.
But, to sort out u'r problem:
there is some program called texhash (?) or similar. So, *whenever* u add
some new stuff u need to run this texhash fellow so taht the TeX
installation can see the new stuff.
