If that is a production mailserver with a static IP - DONT do it. It has been
disabled for a quite sensible reason - and it would be totally stupid to let
any idiot who wants hijack YOUR email server for sending junk mails.
As for doing this on a dialup - plz see http://www.mail-abuse.org/dul for a
reason why not to do so.
