File->Settings->Network->Add Pop account- Fill in the entry...
Note on the first dialog page, what you fill i.e. smtp server and email address are
used for sending
mails. Even if Kmail supports multiple pop accounts, all outgoing mails are still
routed thr. one
address. You can not have a from field in mail composer.
Secondly if you can not find the servers, check whether your DNS is set up properly.
