Hi jayant..

check for the ip forwarding ... in /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward.
and also make sure that have u forwarded the trafic from the real ip (hich u 
r getting on server while dialing) to ur 192.168.x.x block..

just check for this two things only
u wiil able to surf from other pc's of lan difinitely
