recycle.bin? Ever tried Trash on KDE. Every right click on KFM has two options,
Delete and move to Trash. Though a change of terminology but yes functionality
is there.

About MP3 players, freeamp and xmms rocks. Winamp I find not good enough
compard to freeamp. My opinion. You decide. BTW can you tell me how do you
search music on your machine and import it in winamp? I don't know. I haven't
bothered to boot my home machine in windows for last couple of months.
But a 'cd /;find . -name *.mp3>/home/shridhar/MyMusic/freeamp.m3u'. does for me.
Xmms and Freeamp share the same playlist...

VCDs? Well Well... Do you know a trick? Resize your X display to 320x400. Keep
only one resoultion. Run 'mtvp' from another virtual shell with display as one
of the argument. you bet, movie plays a lot better and smoother than anything
else. Ever watched T2 with 24BPP with 2MB card? Do that in windows.....

Browser... I know Netscape sucks. But so what? What browser is better than
Netscape? Netscape on linux is notorious to crash. But disable java and and it
will go smooth. Further I find it easy enough to use. The hitch is font
rendering. But it definitely doesn't cause to suck. Even few sites I know can be
best rendered in linux rather than windows...

You want a good look? Try either konqueror from KDE2. You will have to wait
till it get in a distro. Probably by Nov. for RHL(plus PCQ... :-))). Or download
and compile KDE2. I bet you won't get a better desktop environment... Or try
QtScape. It's Netscape with Qt... Must be looking better. I am downloading it
myself. Now.. Why now... Because I never felt need to go away from
Netscape(Until it crashes and I need to restart it.). However to tell others, I
am downloading it.....

Hope you find it better now...

Sorry list... For wasting Bandwidth....

 Bye
  Shridhar
