Same procedure all the times:
create $eximdir/Local/Makefile as documented in the install guide,
from $eximdir/src/EDITME. Do the same for Local/eximon.conf . $eximdir is the
directory where I unzipped the exim source.
run make.
I don't have the Local/Makefile right now (file is on the office machine). If you want
to see it, I'll send it offlist to you.
