[LIH] Change Xdm

Hi ;
    I'm using KDE desktop , ruuning in Redhat 6.2 . If
don't like the default Redhat logo , can I change the
Xdm ? Will it be any impact if I changed it ? 
    Where can I downlaod the xdm ? Please advise .
