Hi All,
In a process moving production environment from
solaris SPARC platform to Linux x86, guide me
in choosing hardware for a Linux server and any
other issues in porting, Requirements are,
74+ users, 2/3 huge oracle databases runs
fulltime with SQL and related applications, X,
Samba ..etc.
so please suggest chipsets, motherboard, SCSI,
VGA, NIC ..etc available in local market and
not interested in branded server.
