Dear Narain;
I have tried \telnet a.b.c.d but same problem persists.I have checked
.netrc but no file exists like that in my home directory and this problem
is faced by every user.I think telnet some how passes ENVIRONMENT
variables to Linux.I have also tried doing telent some a SCO m/c and it
works fine.I have also tried doing telent from the linux m/c to the same
m/c and it also works fine.
Please help me out.
