           What you said is working I also tried it but what I observed is
it is creating problem in xterm in X-windows that too only in 6.2 RH same
I tried in RH 5.2 it is working smoothly.try by pressing cntrl-alt-Fn and
try it will work over there if any body knows reason for it plzz tell it
