Hi public,
I have a Creative vibra 128 sound card. The highly enlightened people at
creative labs have made the drivers in such a way that even to install the
drivers for DOS, U have to have Win95 and whats more, it can only be
installed from there!!! Moreover, the windoze installation program exits
prematurely cribbing about my system being too slow!
I still use dos to play some of my fav games and the darned card doesn't
work there.
I would be very grateful if someone can contact me offlist and pass on the
DOS driver installed by the program, including any autoexec.bat /
config.sys entries to me.

ps. I have read somewhere that it is possible cheat programs like this
into believing that they are running on a much faster processor than they
actually are?? Probably using some TSR's etc... Any pointers??
