Although this is Off-Topic as far as this list is concerned, yet ...

Check out the "Options" in your mail settings screen (This will most 
probably the one on the Left Hand of your screen). See, if the account 
supports POP Support/Forwarding. If you can find it, then enable the 
Forwarding and give the e-mail account on your ISP.

Or better, I would suggest that you can open a new account that you may use 
exclusively for the lists etc. For getting POP/SMTP-enabled accounts, try 
www.gmx.net, www.softhome.net. If you get to open an account on Yahoo!, 
there you have the choice between forwarding your e-mail to the ISP 
account, or reading it thru the POP-clients
