I am afraid to  suggest some thing to the technocrat. :-)

Anyway here it goes.

You  will have a prefernces section in your web mail, where you can configure
forwarding options. If I remember right, (at mail.com)  you can set a copy of
the mail to be sent to ISP account by specifying your ISP email id.

But the best solution would be to unsubscribe  your webmail-id and subscribe
your ISP email id to the list, as otherwise your web account can  fill up
very fast.
