Would like to know which files decide the placement of windows in X...like, I
would always like XEmacs, Xchat, eterms to always start with a particular size
and placement in X. Although it is possible to do with specific windowmanagers
like E, etc, I would like to do it so that it is independent of the WM...
Pointers to do this, and precooked .configs will be great
