this seems to be a name resolution problem,
try providing urmachine and ip in the /etc/hosts
if u not have network card, put
127.0.0.1   fqdn_of_ur_machine host_name_of_ur_machine
into /etc/hosts
and check for a /etc/resolv.conf, with a valid nameserver entry.
