Hello parvez

Okay ! now you have set up your linux suppose (SuSE) with all the needful
packages..... and X . Now you need to configure some things known as

1. Squid -- It's a proxy server (though you can avoid it but it's really useful with
many features.. i.e. it also acts as a cache server for your network so overall
browsing sppeds get's better....

2. IP Masquerading .... This will allow other Windows or linux based machines to use
your servers ip as their gateway.... it's must to configure this.

3. Sendmail or Qmail --- as the mail server

4. DNS if you want ....

etc... then other things really depends upon your need's ... every thing has been
clearely explained in HOWTO's and if you face trouble mail me...

Most of the things are correct but some things might be not so accurate (things that i
told you ) sop please confirm them from the HOWTO's
