[LIH] how to access 2nd windows partition?

hello friends,

        I have a 10.2 GB hard disk, and it is partitioned into 3 blocks. The first
two partitions are FAT32 and the third is for linux. I was able to access my
primary partion (FAT32) in linux, how can I access the second windows
partition?
