You will need to see what is teh name of your second FAT32 partition.you
can do so using gnu parted. if it is /dev/hda2, let us say , then you can
mont it as 
mount -v /dev/hda2 /mnt/ddrive
where /mnt/ddrive is any directory. 
after that all the FAT32 files will be accesible thru .mnat/ddrive
