Sure what you are doing is helpful ...but you are going about it the wrong
way ...if you had consolidated all your mails into one comprehensive mail
about say hindi linux then it would havbe been better. after all we don't
want to increase traffic on the list. The second point is that some of
what you have written may seem comparatively elementary for some of the
list people. Still no one has flamed you. if you think you have been
flamed then you don't know what flaming is. And there are rules and
guidelines for this list. one of them is to keep bandwidth low, not to
cross post , not to attach files ... There is a guideline on the
lists.linux-india.org server.
So your enthusiasm is good but don't overdo it. this is a help oriented
mailing list not a chat session or a newsgroup. You are free to avail of
those also.
Remember there are some people who have very limited bandwidth rtying to
read LIH... if you are not one of them by all means join discussion groups
mailing list newsgroup fora etc...
I think this topic needs to be moved to LIG as it is not at all a help
topic any more. please reply on LIG
