I've had the best results with XFCE <http://www.xfce.org> - (2 megs, a clone of
the solaris CDE window manager) and netscape 4.75 (from the tarball, not the
rpm)

 XF4 is supposed to be _very_ fast - but I haven't yet tried it.  Shanu or
 Nikhil are the ppl to ask re this.
 
 I'm quite happy with xfree86 3.36, and a SiS 6326 card.
