[LIH] Internet accounts in CD

Hi,

How do the ISPs provided timed internet accounts in CDs ? For eg. an ISP
offers 10 hours account on a CD and sells the CDs at book-shops. How are
those CDs created ? Do they only contain login name and password or any
special setup ?
