 caldera dos is full dos  (FREE for personal use ) with IP utils which
 consists of packet drivers whcich can bind ip to your clients and from
there
 you connect to linux sco or any machine running telnet daemon using IP
 using the above setup you can also browse the net (GRAPHICALLY ) using
 arachane browser in dos shell

 as you said that u are using netware just to boot and connect to sco than u
 can easily dump your netware server and make the clients boot from linux
 machine itself  with linux remote boot you can also boot a remote machine
 with dos image
