I got it. I had compiled the kernel to mount root filesystem through NFS but forgot to
compile ne2000 support in the kernel. Now after compiling the kernel with ne2000
support it is detecting the NFS server, but while mounting the root filesystem it
returns error code 13
13 - nfsd is unable to access directory
why nfsd is unable to access /tftboot directory though the kernel is loaded from the
same directory ? Any ideas ?
The rights of /tftboot are rwxrwxrwx.
Thanks and waiting for your reply.
Regards
Rajesh
