Mount using the install CD ROM using the rescue image...Once it takes you to a shell,
mount the / partition and run
lilo -C /mnt/etc/lilo.conf
Alternatively, and a much easier way would be to try loadlin on each of the four
partitions...hoping that you hit / before the fourth attempt
